Thermostats are essential for a comfortable home. This unit controls your heating, cooling, and fan operation. A thermostat will have a component which senses the temperature and, in some cases, the humidity of your home. A Thermostat is the brain behind your heating and cooling systems, controlling the heating module (furnace, air handler, etc.) and the air conditioner. Most Thermostats on the market today will have a scheduling feature, and some are even proven to improve your HVAC system’s efficiency!
